Is there a free trial?
Yes. New sign-ups start with 1 fully-scored 5-minute exam role-play plus 10 minutes of Coach mode — enough to experience the full 9-criteria scoring and pronunciation diagnostics before paying. No credit card required.
What do the plan minutes cover?
Practice minutes are shared between Exam role-play and Coach mode. Essential includes 120 minutes/month (≈ 24 full 5-minute exam role-plays), Pro includes 300 minutes/month (≈ 60 exam role-plays), and Exam Sprint gives you 1,800 minutes over 90 days for crunch-time prep.
How is Writing billed?
OET Writing (all six official criteria, with inline annotations) is unmetered on every plan — including Free — during the current beta. You only spend minutes on Speaking practice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel in Apple Settings and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Exam Sprint is a one-off purchase — it doesn't renew.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes — Essential and Pro auto-renew monthly or yearly through your Apple ID until you cancel. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple ID Settings; changes take effect at the end of the current period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrade in-app and Apple prorates immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Exam Sprint stacks on top of any subscription — plan minutes are consumed first, then Sprint minutes.
Are prices in local currency?
