How fast do you reply?
Most messages get a human reply within one business day (Sydney / Manila timezones).
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll trigger an account purge that removes your recordings, transcripts, scores, and personal details. You'll get a confirmation when it's complete.
I think my OET score is wrong — can I dispute it?
Tell us the session ID, the criterion you think is off, and (if you can) why. We re-score it manually and explain what the model saw. If the model was wrong we adjust and use the case to retrain the audit prompt.
